Senamore Vineyard and Farms is located just north of Franklin, in a small place called Tellico. Tellico has long been known for its pristine waters, perfect for trout farming and excellent fishing. Yet still, one family recently turned their historic 1878 farmhouse and land into a vineyard. You’ll now find them here producing local, distinguished and delicious wines. They offer six vintages that include reds, whites, rose, and even a honey wine. Groups of up to six (6) can book a private tasting and tour of the vineyards, wine production facilities, and surrounding area.
Moreover, the vineyard has recently opened a tasting station in downtown Franklin called Slanted Window Tasting Station. They call it a unique “Farm-To-Glass” experience. They offer guests the opportunity to sample all of the wines from the vineyard. Taste their wines served by the flight, the glass, or the bottle. The menu also consists of small plates, fresh salads, and decadent desserts.
