Owner Carla Whitley shared that owning an ice cream truck had been her dream for years. When she moved to Franklin, she finally decided to make it a reality.
This pink and white striped ice cream truck travels all over the region. Schools, kids camps, foster homes, churches, and many other organizations invite Sweet Caroline’s come to their locations to serve delicious, cool treats, including firecracker popsicles, tweety bird ice cream, and everything in between. This mobile favorite can also be found at many community events, including Pickin’ On The Square and other downtown festivals.
